Quartets
from The Women of Note are preparing to fill offices, homes,
businesses, and restaurants with the sound of four-part harmony as they
deliver SINGING VALENTINES on
Friday, February 12, Saturday, February 13, and Sunday, February 14, 2010.
Singing Valentines (one song, plus a rose) will be delivered in person in West Palm Beach and neighboring areas. The cost of in-person deliveries is $50. One song
can be delivered to loved ones outside our delivery area live over the
phone for $15.
Singing Valentines make memories! We create
a crowd around the cubicle of the office manager, whose boyfriend has surprised
her by actually remembering Valentine's Day. We trigger a long-forgotten
musical memory in the 90-year-old nursing home resident, who sings along
with us. We surprise the teacher whose second-grade students giggle at
the thought that their teacher actually has a sweetheart! We bring tears
to the eyes of Mom and Dad, whose children send a valentine to thank them
for their love through the years. We don't just deliver songs; we deliver
fun, love, and laughter.

Competition” for young women high school students. Cash scholarships were presented to SIX finalists who were featured as soloists on stage with the Women of Note
on December 12 at the Eissey Theatre at Palm Beach Community
College in
Palm
Beach
Gardens.
